She's here. Lillian Louise Flurry, born November 6, 2012. She is 5 weeks and 1 day old today. And today is 12-12-12. Many people feel like the world was going to end or something today. I was too busy loving on my new girl, hanging with my little guy, and counting my blessings to notice.
I can't wait to write about the story of her birth, of the weeks since including Thanksgiving and getting ready for Christmas. And then there's my wound vac saga (not nearly as interesting as the rest). But it will have to wait. I'm tired and Lily needs to be fed. Still, I wanted to officially begin the blog with Lily in it on this day, because Liam was exactly 5 weeks and 1 day old when I first started Lessons From Liam.
Now the blog has a new official name- Lessons from Liam and Lily. Because we have two kids now. Gulp.
Having a girl has been a trip. A beautiful, frilly trip. More on that later too. Lesson well learned.
